Refund policy
Domestic (USA) return:
- We hope you love everything you order from MELITTA BAUMEISTER, but if you don't, we're happy to process a new order or issue you a refund.
- Items that are eligible for returns must be full-priced, in brand new and unworn condition with all original tags still attached, within 7 days upon receiving your order.

A small, flat handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, processing and garment inspection:

We are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping.

We do NOT accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
- Below items are NOT eligible for any returns or exchanges:

- Custom orders and personalized orders which have been made to a customer's specification;
- Pierced earrings, ladies' and men's briefs, bathing suits and bikini bottoms;
- Socks, underwear, tights, leggings;
- Items purchased from sample sale promotional periods;
- All final sale items;
- All orders made for FINAL SALE items and orders made using a promotional-period discount code are ineligible for refund.
- Items which are visibly marked down without a discount code (original price will have a slash through) are FINAL SALE.
- Items with “FINAL SALE” mentioned in the description are final sale.
- Email us at shop@melittabaumeister.com to initiate the return process.
Nike Collaboration Pre-Order:
- All shoes purchased in collaboration with Melitta Baumeister and Nike are final sale. They cannot be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund after shipment and delivery.
- If you have the Nike Pegasus Premium x Melitta Baumeister in your cart or the Nike Vomero Premium x Melitta Baumeister in your cart, you will be unable to purchase any more products in that checkout session.
- If you wish to purchase both shoes, you must place a second order for the other shoe.
- If you need assistance with an address change, please contact us at shop@melittabaumeister.com
- If you need assistance with a size change, please contact us at shop@melittabaumeister.com by June 1st. Size changes after June 1st will not be possible and you can choose to accept the size you selected, or, request to cancel the order.
- Purchases placed during the pre-order event will be fulfilled in September of 2026. By placing the order and checking the box at checkout, you consent to have understood the shipment timeline and understand that this is a pre-order event.
International (non-USA) Returns:

- International customs duties are NOT refunded for shipments outside the USA.
- We are unable to provide return labels for international shipments. The return cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- We require return shipments to have a tracking number with a traceable carrier. This tracking number must be emailed to us at shop@melittabaumeister.com.

Refund:
- Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes up to 30 days from the time your return is delivered to our address, dependent on your bank/card issuer.
- Refunds will reflect the deduction made from the processing/inspection protocol.
Exchange:
- We're NOT able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by us. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
